How long does a Design & Build project take from first conversation to handover?

Most projects run from 4 to 9 months end-to-end. The design phase is typically 6 to 10 weeks. Construction is typically 8 to 20 weeks depending on the scope. Spa and wellness projects with significant bespoke work can extend to 12 months. We provide a clear timeline with the fixed-price budget, and hold ourselves to it.

Do I have to use all four Antonsen ranges, or can I specify from elsewhere?

Can I use my own architect and just engage Antonsen for construction?

What happens if the scope changes part-way through construction?
