Step 01
Initial brief
Tell us about your project — the space, the materials you're drawn to, whether you're specifying from Hinoki, Rauta, or both.
Step 02
Consultation
We meet — in our showroom, on site, or by video — bringing material samples and finish references relevant to your brief.
Step 03
Proposal & quote
A detailed written proposal with specifications, materials, finishes, lead time, and pricing. Clear, complete, no surprises.
Step 04
Manufacture
Once approved, your commission enters our production schedule. You receive updates at key milestones.
Step 05
Delivery & install
White-glove delivery to site. Installation support available. A final sign-off before we consider the commission complete.

Submit a brief online
Fill in our bespoke enquiry form. Tell us about your project, which range or ranges you're interested in, and any references you have.
Come and experience both ranges in person. Hold the Rauta fittings. Touch the Hinoki timber. Walk through a fully realised Antonsen space in Melbourne or Adelaide.
For qualifying projects, we come to you — bringing Hinoki timber samples and the full Rauta finish palette, assessing the space before making any recommendations.
For qualifying projects, an Antonsen consultant will visit the site with your design team. We bring the full material world of Antonsen — Hinoki timber species, Rauta metal finishes, and any bespoke options relevant to the brief. This is sisu in practice: showing up, fully prepared, where it matters.
